All unopened retail priced items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund

No refunds on free offers store wide (I mean, you got it for free)


We offer refunds or replacements for the following reasons:

  • Improperly fitted clothing replacement guarantee

Wrong clothing size? We will replace all all improperly fitting clothing absolutely free. Contact our support and to get the return & replacement setup.

   - Replace guarantee is for clothing only

   - Return shipping payments are handled through Paypal only

   - Replacement process must be initiated within 30 days of order

  • Customer package lost in transit

Our shipping & handling insurance covers 100% of lost orders by the post office. If your package is lost, we will replace it.

  • Item received in unusable condition

Damaged goods? - 100% refund and free replacement. Our vendors are 100% responsible for quality products and we take quality very seriously.

 - Just make sure to send us a picture of the damage so we can show our vendors for the full refund.

  • Wrong item received (size/style/color)

Oh jeeze we screwed up, keep it and we will send you the CORRECT order free of charge.

Customer is responsible and will NOT be refunded for the following reasons:

  • When the customer enters in the wrong address

Please make sure to spell your address correctly when spending money online.

  • Customer orders the wrong item
  • Customer orders the wrong color / style

Please make sure that you put the right things in your cart.

  • Customer changes their mind
  • If the item breaks while in use
